Your Mercedes warranty and its service record.
Block exemption rules let an independent garage service a Mercedes-Benz under warranty, provided the schedule is followed and the parts are of matching quality. We work to both. Warranty repairs and recalls are paid for by Mercedes-Benz and go to a dealer.
Mercedes keeps its service history electronically. We add every visit to that record and give you a written copy, so the history is complete for the next owner or the next MOT.

No. Block exemption rules keep a Mercedes warranty intact at an independent garage as long as the schedule is followed and the parts are of matching quality. Warranty repairs and recalls are paid for by Mercedes-Benz and go to a dealer.
Service A is the smaller one: oil, filter, fluid levels and a safety inspection. Service B adds the cabin filter and a longer inspection. Some items, such as brake fluid and spark plugs, fall due on their own intervals. The car tells us which it is asking for, and we do exactly that.
Yes. We service and repair both, including the AdBlue faults that stop a BlueTEC van restarting. We also look for rust in the sills and door bottoms at every visit, because that is what fails a Sprinter MOT.
On a CDI a ticking or chuffing from the top of the engine is often a failed injector seal. Left alone it cakes the injector in carbon and makes it far harder to remove, so it is cheaper dealt with as soon as you hear it.
